Hi, im new to this site and have been searching the posts but found no useful result so here goes....
I originally bought a peugeot 206 cc (55 plate) in september and had the pioneer stereo professionally installed along with an ipod interface.
All was fine until i decided to collect my new peugeot 206 (traded the cc in) and swap the exact wiring into the new car.

All appears to be working perfectly with the new install but an error has came up on the car saying 'Battery Charge Fault' and the battery displays on the dashboard. I cannot understand what this means and also whether it is linked to my new stereo install.
I noticed that when i turn the volume past 20 the display on the stereo starts to dim when there is some high bass as i have not yet replaced the standard speakers - would this be linked to the mystery 'battery charge fault'?
If so, how do i rectify this problem as if it is my fault then i dont want to be letting peugeot know while the stereo is still installed.

Also im sure there are many posts on here advising on the type of speakers to replace with but as its my post can someone advise me on the following:
Size of front & rear speakers also tweeters.
The best speakers to buy with a budget of around £130

I am after clarity, power and an overall great sound - not too keen on the idea of installing an amp and sub unless someone has a space saving alternative to get the power i wish for?

Thankyou,
Marc

A fast reply would be appreciated if possible, as id like to get started on rectifying problems and purchasing speakers this weekend!! Thanks.
