ipod with clarion rd3

Hi everybody!

I searched the forums, but still can't find a definite answer...

Does anyone have the ipod connected to the factory HU, namely the clarion (2002)?
How did you do it?

This won't work with the factory fitted Clarion head unit, it only works with aftermarket Clarion head units (different connections on rear). Found this out after ordering one. Am popping out for a nice trip to the post office tomorrow to send it back

Feel a right muppet for not reading all of the threads on the factory head unit
