Okay, has anyone put there CC through a car wash ?

Ive only ever put my 206LX through once, due to it being very dirty, about Zero degrees outside, and my hands being very dry from a medical condition, which is now no more  .

That's exactly what happens in a car wash, that's why I wouldn't use one.

Car Wash, your cc should be your pride and joy, you shouldn't have the heart to stick it through one of those. Your paintwork will never be the same again.

Car Washes do scratch the paint as the dirt gets trapped in the brushes and if you do get dry hands then get a good pair of marigolds from the supermarket. You may get some strang looks but your CC will stay gleaming and scratch free (and any strange looks will easily be outweighed by envious ones anyway).

I wear rubber gloves when washing the cars in winter.

My neighbours have started to do the same thing now as well. I would rather look silly than not clean my cars

Id not put a CC through a car wash, but I was wondering if anyone has and did it leak?

Also, im thinking these more expensive car washes have some guy spray the cars down first, getting rid of the grit, whuch might be better.
