I think the dealer must have just given you a discount as according to the accessories list, fitting time is zero. So fitting is not included anyway

that price was wrong and was later reduced to £200. the price was mixed up with something else, possibly the luggage rack if i remember right.

Yeah - I popped into my local dealer today to check if there was an updated price list (I had the March 2001 one). He had one from November and they are now £200 inc VAT.

Picked my windstop up yesterday, they had six on order, shows how popular CCs are round here! Fitted it this morning, and spent the next few hours driving around feeling the benefit and shouting at other convertible owners to get their tops down
Great purchase, makes a huge difference. Must go and sit in a darkened room, still on a bit of a convertible induced high

i came out of work at 5.15pm when it was freezing and saw an old couple drive by in what might have been an MX5 with the roof down. they were wrapped up like mummy's (they egyptian things) - don't know what temperature it was as these luxury Rover 45's don't have temperature sensors, or much else when you come to think of it
